Dr. Steffan Sigler didn’t set out to build a typical dental office. He set out to create something better: a place where patients feel safe, heard, and respected. A place where advanced dentistry meets human connection. And a place where care isn’t rushed, corporate, or cookie-cutter, but grounded in integrity, trust, and meaningful relationships. This is why owning a private practice has always been paramount to being able to take care of patients, without being overseen by outside investors who view it as business over healthcare.
As the sole owner and heart behind Downtown Dental OKC, Dr. Sigler brings a rare blend of clinical mastery, emotional intelligence, and Oklahoma hospitality to everything he does. Whether he’s restoring a full smile with dental implants or helping a nervous patient feel at ease during a simple routine exam, he shows up with the same intention: to make your experience as personal, empowering, and comfortable as possible.
Education & Advanced Training
Dr. Sigler is more than a general dentist—he’s a highly trained, full-scope provider with over 2,000 hours of advanced postdoctoral education. That means fewer referrals outside our office, more continuity, and comprehensive care delivered by someone you know and trust.
His advanced training includes:

He is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and actively involved in organized dentistry, having served as President of the Oklahoma County Dental Society and current Trustee for the Oklahoma Dental Association.
